Just Stars

Soon Mona realized that the sun had not yet risen and there were just stars. Sunne was in a panic; he didn't want to leave, so he told Mona the truth. Of course Mona didn’t believe him because how could she be talking to the sun? So Mona asked Sunne to prove it, and he did. Sunne did not return, so the sun did not rise. He explained to Mona that it was lonely up in the sky, so he’d come down only at night, and it was not until Sunne met Mona that he felt whole. However, after spending time with her, he no longer wanted to return to his position up in the sky, and Mona didn’t want Sunne to leave. Mona asked Sunne if there was any way she could join him in the sky, and Sunne said there could not be another sun; however, there was no one to brighten the night.
